Cindy is one of Marsha and Octavia's children. While initially born to Millie and Moxxie, an imp couple, Cindy and her twin sister were both given up for adoption with Cindy being sold into being a servant for the Goetia where she was adopted by Marsha and Octavia after being assigned to their household. Much like how her bio mom, Cindy is a very cheerful and headstrong individual.
