Training Needs Analysis

We ask all students who work with us to complete a survey at the start of their role. This asks about their confidence levels in a variety of skills that are relevant to their role. 

This allows for SA staff to see what areas our student groups may benefit from additional training, so we can look into offering this throughout the year. 

At the end of the year we will ask you to complete a second TNA which will allow us to see how our students have developed throughout the year. 

It's not a test so please be honest!
