Keynote speakers and panel discussions will feature WV faith and other leaders discussing our state's energy history, cultural landscape, economic transition, and climate change impacts and solutions:

Citizens Climate Lobby promotes a Carbon Fee & Dividend policy. We want our Members of Congress to sign on and support the "Energy Innovation and Carbon Dividend Act."
Read our "New Day for the Coal Fields" White Paper, a proposal for using dividend revenues to support coal communities through a just transition into new jobs and healthy retirement.
