1. Data Collection Citizen Manage ("the App") is an offline-first attendance tracking tool. We do not collect, store, or transmit any personal identifiable information (PII) to external servers. All data regarding departments, employees, and attendance logs are stored locally on your device's secure storage using an encrypted-ready database.
2. Data Usage The data you input is used solely for the purpose of providing attendance statistics and operational logs within the App. We do not have access to your data.
3. Data Export & Sync The App provides an "Enterprise Migration" feature that allows you to manually export your data to a JSON file. This file is handled by you; we do not manage or store these backups.
4. Permissions The App may request storage permissions solely to save or load the backup files you choose to create.
5. Third-Party Services The App does not use third-party tracking, analytics, or advertising SDKs.
