Sarah was born in Boston Massachusetts, She was born into a Mob Family. His father stood in the legal world as a  successful  bar owner, but feared in the underground. Her mother was her fathers right hand and his waitress.

Sarah grew up around the bar and her fathers buisnesses. she soon took a special interest in alcohol making and cooking. Which she would soon take on in the bar as well as helping her father with the mob.

After a few years she soon branched out and took an interest in the chicago spirits where she currently works.
