Who We Are

A member of the Roseville Coalition of Neighborhood Associations (RCONA), a volunteer-run non-profit whose mission is to: 

Strengthen the Roseville Community Through Our Neighborhood Associations.

Cirby Side Neighborhood Association (CSNA) is friendly group of neighbors who have been working to build community and improve our neighborhood since 2022.  CSNA meets quarterly to discuss local issues, plan events and consider neighborhood improvement projects. Roseville Police Department, , the Roseville Fire department, and other Guest Speakers frequently join our meetings and provide valuable information.  CSNA also hosts several free fun family friendly events through out the year and we welcome everyone who lives in our neighbhorhood to join us!
