Please read this Privacy Policy carefully. By accessing or using the Service, you acknowledge the practices described below.

Communications: If you contact us for support or provide feedback, we may collect your email address, the contents of your message, and any other information you choose to provide.
b. Information Collected Automatically
When you use the Service, we may automatically collect limited technical and usage information, including:
- Device model and device identifiers;
- Operating system and app version;

- Information about how features within the Service are used.
Where required by applicable law, we will request your consent before collecting or using information for analytics or similar purposes.
c. Device Permissions
Certain features may require access to your device’s photo library, camera, microphone, or local storage. These permissions are used only to provide the features you choose, such as importing media, recording content, or exporting edited videos.
You can review or revoke these permissions at any time through your device settings. Revoking a permission may prevent certain features from working properly.
2. How We Use Your Information
We may use the information we collect to:
- Provide, operate, and maintain the Service;
- Enable video editing, media importing, project saving, and content exporting;
- Diagnose technical issues and improve stability and performance;
- Understand feature usage and develop new functionality;
- Respond to support requests and user feedback;

We do not use your private video content for advertising without your consent.
3. How We Share Information
We do not sell your personal information or raw video content.
We may disclose information in the following limited circumstances:
- With Your Direction or Consent: We may share content or information when you ask us to export, publish, or otherwise share it.
- With Service Providers: We may use trusted third-party providers for services such as cloud infrastructure, analytics, crash reporting, and customer support. These providers may access information only as necessary to perform services on our behalf and are required to protect it.
- For Legal Reasons: We may disclose information when reasonably necessary to comply with applicable law, regulation, legal process, or governmental request, or to protect the rights, property, security, or safety of CineLoop, our users, or others.
- Business Transfers: Information may be transferred as part of a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, bankruptcy, or sale of all or part of our business. Where required, we will notify you of such a change.
- Aggregated or De-identified Information: We may share information that has been aggregated or de-identified so that it cannot reasonably be linked to you.
4. Data Storage, Retention, and Security
a. Local and Cloud Storage
Projects and media may be stored locally on your device. If the Service provides optional cloud-based features, content submitted through those features may also be processed or stored by our service providers.
Deleting the CineLoop app may delete locally stored projects and settings. You should export or back up content you wish to retain before deleting the app.
b. Data Retention
We retain personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the Service, fulfill the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and comply with legal obligations.
You may delete projects through the Service where that functionality is available. You may also submit a data deletion request using the contact information in Section 9.
c. Data Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards designed to protect information against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, loss, or destruction. However, no electronic transmission or storage system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
d. International Data Transfers
Your information may be processed or stored in countries other than the country where you live. Where required by law, we use appropriate safeguards for international transfers, such as contractual protections approved by relevant regulatory authorities.
5. Your Rights and Choices
Depending on your location, you may have the right to:

To exercise a privacy right, contact us using the information in Section 9. We may need to verify your identity before processing your request. We will respond within the period required by applicable law.
6. Third-Party Services and Links
The Service may contain integrations with or links to third-party platforms, websites, or services. Information you choose to share with a third party is governed by that third party’s privacy policy and practices. We are not responsible for the privacy or security practices of third parties.
7. Children’s Privacy
The Service is not directed to children under the age of 13, or the higher minimum age required in their jurisdiction. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children below the applicable minimum age.
If you are a parent or legal guardian and believe that a child has provided personal information to us without appropriate consent, please contact us. If we determine that such information was collected in violation of applicable law, we will take reasonable steps to delete it.
8. Changes to This Privacy Policy
