CILLIERS MOBILE – TERMS AND CONDITIONS
These Terms and Conditions govern all services provided by Cilliers Mobile ("the Business"). By requesting, authorising, or allowing any work to be carried out, the customer agrees to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
1. Services
Services are provided on a mobile basis at the customer’s premises, roadside, workplace, or other agreed location. All services are subject to vehicle condition at the time of inspection. The Business is not responsible for pre-existing or unrelated faults.
2. Quotations & Authorisation
Quotations are estimates based on information available at the time. Final costs may vary if additional work or parts are required. Authorisation may be given verbally, electronically (including WhatsApp), or in writing.
3. Payment Terms
Payment is due immediately upon completion of work unless otherwise agreed in writing. The Business reserves the right to withhold release of the vehicle or documentation until payment is received.
4. Call-Out Fees & Promotions
Call-out fees apply unless expressly waived as part of a promotion. Promotional offers are time-limited and apply only to the specific items stated. Labour, parts, and sundries remain chargeable unless explicitly stated otherwise.
5. Sundries
Sundries refer to a charge covering consumables and indirect operational costs required to complete a service, including but not limited to cleaning materials, lubricants, sprays, rags, sealants, small consumables, and the general wear, usage, and operation of tools, power tools, diagnostic equipment, and workshop equipment. Sundries are charged per job and are not refundable once work has commenced.
6. Parts
Parts supplied remain the property of the Business until paid for in full. Warranty on parts is subject to the manufacturer’s terms and does not cover wear and tear or misuse.
7. Liability
The Business shall not be held liable for delays, loss, or damage arising from circumstances beyond its control, including but not limited to weather, access restrictions, or third-party actions.
8. Consumer Protection Act
All services are provided in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008. Customers are entitled to fair, transparent pricing and disclosure of terms.
9. Disputes & Recovery
Unpaid accounts may be handed over for debt collection or legal recovery, where all reasonable costs incurred may be recovered from the customer.
10. Acceptance
By authorising work, the customer confirms acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
