Computational Intelligence Lab (CILAB) was founded in Feb. 2021 in the Department of Industrial Engineering and Engineering Management (IEEM), National Tsing Hua University (NTHU). Led by assistant professor Yu-Hsun Lin (Lyman), our team aims to design original methodologies and develop practical intelligent systems to meet different demands from industries.

Yu-Hsun Lin is currently an Assistant Professor in the Department of Industrial Engineering and Engineering Management at National Tsing Hua University (NTHU), Taiwan. Dr. Lin received the B.S. degree in department of Electrical Engineering from National Cheng Kung University, Tainan, Taiwan (R.O.C.), in 2006. He received M.S. degree in department of Computer Science from National Tsing Hua University, Hsinchu, Taiwan (R.O.C.), in 2008. He received the Ph.D. degree from the Graduate Institute of Networking and Multimedia in National Taiwan University, Taipei, Taiwan (R.O.C.), in 2014. His research mainly focuses on computational intelligence (e.g., deep learning, AI plus Internet-of-Things, AI + multimedia applications).
