Throughout my career, I have excelled in identifying and solving complex problems, streamlining processes, and driving results for both internal teams and clients.

With experience in roles ranging from Small Business Owner to Operations Manager and Customer Success Manager, I bring a deep understanding of how to optimize workflows and enhance customer experiences. My ability to spot inefficiencies and implement effective solutions has consistently led to improved outcomes, whether that is through refining operational policies or ensuring smooth customer onboarding and platform adoption.

My recent journey into front-end development was driven by the same curiosity and drive for improvement that has guided my career. I wanted to learn how to make my own business better and I found a lot of joy in writing code and designing my website for my own company. I want to continue to learn more about this amazing industry and advance my skills. I’ve completed courses in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript at Conestoga College as part of a certificate in Web Development and Internet Fundamentals, and I’m eager to apply my skills.
