Help us dress The Marching Cavaliers in NEW uniforms!
After 25 years, the CHS Marching Cavaliers are in dire need of new uniforms — some estimates say closer to 30! The current uniforms have been altered through the years to the point they are in a state of disrepair. Despite our boosters program, additional funds for these uniforms are crucial to the band’s growth and continued success. We appreciate a contribution of any amount to support these efforts. Please rally behind The Marching Cavaliers, help them reach their goal, and give these talented students the new uniforms they deserve!
Would your business like to be a sponsor? We have incentives for different levels of tax deductible sponsorships. Parents, do you have ideas for fundraisers and/or are willing to organize an event? Email or call for details: chsmarchingcavboosters@gmail.com or (765) CHS-BAND. - Thank you!

We help the band students with several events:
MARCHING - AWAY GAMES
Load trucks before leaving
Unload and load trucks AT the away game
Unload trucks upon returning to school
MARCHING - HOME GAMES
Schedule and organize dinner (students usually do not have time to go home or go get food, so this makes it easier on them)
Fill and ice down waters in coolers
Pull coolers to stadium, then pass out water when band returns to stands after halftime show
Sign up for at least one concession stand duty at home Varsity or JV game
(band gets the profits from the concession stand which is a huge help to the General Operation Funds)
MARCHING - COMPETITIONS (EACH IS AN ALL DAY EVENT)
Make/Pack snacks for students
Load trucks before leaving
Unload and load trucks AT the competition
Help get equipment to the performance area
Unload trucks upon returning to school
MARCHING & CONCERT - EXTRAS
Assist with organizing/planning the corn maze trip in the fall
Organize small fundraisers around concerts
Organize end-of-year Band Awards Banquet
MARCHING - SUMMER ALL-BAND CAMP
Schedule and organize food for lunch EACH day
Make sure coolers are full of Gatorade, made fresh EACH day
Set up snack table for breaks for EACH day
Fit and alter uniforms for all students
Organize, clean and inventory snacks, donations, serveware, napkins for daily use
Organize, promote and create signups for lunches, family cookout, and snacks
Set up Family Cookout (this is on Friday, the last day of camp and usually estimates serving approximately 600 people annually)
AND MORE…
