Chronoplay Privacy Policy
Last updated: July 24, 2026
Chronoplay is a simple timer game where players try to stop a timer as close as possible to a target time. This Privacy Policy explains how the app handles permissions and user data.
Data Collection
Chronoplay does not collect, store, sell, or share personal data.
The app does not require an account and does not use a remote database. Gameplay happens locally on the device.
Camera Permission
Chronoplay may request access to the device camera so users can optionally take a celebratory photo after playing.
Photos are only taken when the user chooses to do so. Photos are not uploaded to any remote server, are not stored in any remote database, and are not used for analytics or advertising.
After taking a photo, the user may choose to share it with another app installed on their device, such as a messaging or social media app. When a photo is shared with another app, that app handles the photo according to its own privacy policy.
Local App Data
Chronoplay may store simple app data locally on the device, such as game settings or temporary gameplay state.
This data remains on the device and is not sent to the developer or to any external server.
Internet Access
Chronoplay does not require internet access for its core gameplay.
If the app includes links to external websites, app stores, or sharing destinations, those services may process data according to their own privacy policies.
Data Sharing
Chronoplay does not share user data with the developer or with third parties.
The only sharing that may occur is when the user intentionally chooses to share a celebratory photo through another app.
Children’s Privacy
Chronoplay does not knowingly collect personal data from children.
Changes to This Policy
This Privacy Policy may be updated if the app changes how it handles data, permissions, or sharing features.
