This privacy policy governs your use of the mobile application Chromaphase (the "Application"), an arcade game created by Dhanunjaya S. (referred to as "we", "us", or "our").
The Application provides an online leaderboard ranking system and displays rewarded advertisements to support the continued development of the game. This policy outlines how we handle user credentials, user data, and advertising-related information.
To maintain player rankings and authenticate your account, the Application collects a limited amount of personally identifiable information:
Username: A user-created custom handle used to display your rank on the public leaderboard.
Password: A user-created string used solely to securely authenticate your device with our ranking database.
We do not collect names, phone numbers, real-world locations, personal emails, or access your device's storage media files.
Advertising: The Application uses third-party advertising services, including Google AdMob, Unity Ads, and, where enabled, AppLovin, to display rewarded advertisements. These advertising partners may automatically collect certain information, such as device identifiers (including advertising identifiers where available), app interaction information, diagnostic information, and device information to serve advertisements, measure advertisement performance, prevent fraud, and improve their services. This information is collected and processed in accordance with the respective advertising providers' privacy policies.
Data Security: We value your trust. All user-created credentials (usernames and passwords) are encrypted in transit and securely stored using industry-standard protocols to prevent unauthorized access.
Retention: We retain your username, password, and high scores for as long as your account remains active so that you can continue tracking your rankings.
We fully support a user's right to be forgotten. If you wish to delete your account and permanently erase your username, password, and ranking data from our servers, you can initiate a deletion request outside of the app:
Web Deletion Request: You can request full account and data deletion at any time by emailing us directly at dhanunjay.201889@gmail.com. Please include your game username. We will process your deletion request and permanently erase your credentials and associated leaderboard scores from our database within 48 hours.
The Application does not knowingly collect data from children under the age of 13. Our target audience is general players aged 13 and older. If a parent or guardian becomes aware that their child has provided us with a username and password without their consent, they should contact us at dhanunjay.201889@gmail.com, and we will delete such information immediately.

These providers may collect and process information in accordance with their own privacy policies for the purpose of serving advertisements, measuring advertisement performance, preventing fraudulent activity, and improving advertising services.
