Christmas Sharing Project: How to Participate

Look through the online sign-up to choose which items to purchase. Use the tabs (or drop-down if using a mobile device) at the top of the page to toggle between families. You will receive a confirmation email with your selections included. Please save and/or print this email - you'll need to attach it to each gift when you bring them in to Trinity.

After You Purchase Gifts

Gift Drop-off Times

Please drop off your gifts to the Christmas Sharing Project table in Trinity's lobby during one of the following times:

December 1 - 15

Gifts must be dropped off at Trinity by Sunday, December 15.

Christmas Sharing Project Helpers

Would you like to help out with the Christmas Sharing Project in a different way?

Volunteers are needed in Trinity's lobby on Sunday mornings and Wednesday evenings (December 1-15) to take in Christmas Sharing gifts from Trinity members. Helpers will receive the gifts and mark them off the master list so we know which gifts we have gotten back and which gifts we are still waiting on. They will also help organize and move gifts to the secure storage room.

Heather Day will give you a quick training when you arrive. Thank you for helping!

About the Christmas Sharing Project

Trinity is excited to provide clothing, gifts, and other household items to families in need  in the Chippewa Valley this Christmas.

This year we are partnering with several Eau Claire elementary schools to identify families in need of special attention.

We are following the gift-giving guide of “Want-Need-Wear-Read” for children in its Christmas Sharing Project. We hope to provide each child in the family with four gifts to open on Christmas morning: something they want, something they need, something to wear, and something to read. Families will also receive a quilt made with love by Trinity’s quilting group, a craft kit provided by the families of Noah’s Ark Preschool, as well as a gift card to a local restaurant for a family meal.

Using the sign-up linked above and below, you can choose items to purchase for these families, gift wrap and label all items, and return them to Trinity by Sunday, December 15. Additional gift tags are available in Trinity's lobby. You may also have the opportunity to deliver gifts to families following worship on Sunday, December 22. Sign up to deliver gifts at Clipboard Central (in Trinity's lobby.)

Thank you for contributing to the Christmas Sharing Project this year, as we serve in Christ's love and share the good news!
