How We Started

Christine Maliwat Rental Gowns was founded in 2021, inspired by a deep love for fashion and a dream to help others shine on their special occasions. The journey began when Christine, who had a passion for beauty and style from her younger days participating in beauty pageants, started collecting gowns for personal use. Every salary day, she would purchase a new gown, slowly building a collection that eventually became the foundation of her business.

Initially relying on word-of-mouth, the business gained traction as friends and family shared Christine’s growing collection. By 2022, the brand expanded online with the launch of its Facebook page, reaching more clients and establishing its reputation for stunning yet affordable formal wear rentals.

Christine currently works as an Executive Virtual Assistant for clients in the United States, managing her full-time night shift job while running this business as her side hustle. Because of her busy schedule, Christine operates by appointment only, ensuring each client gets her undivided attention and the perfect outfit for their event.

Today, we offer a diverse selection of ready-made gowns, tuxedos, and suits for all occasions—proving that with passion, dedication, and hard work, dreams can turn into reality.
