I am a senior country economist at the International Growth Centre (IGC) based in Rwanda. My work focuses on firms productivity, supply chains, and international trade. Before, I was a postdoctoral fellow in economics at the University of Edinburgh. In addition to my interest in firms and trade, I have worked at the intersection of development and macroeconomics, with a particular interest in agricultural productivity and the role of climate change. I am also interested in determinants of structural change, the role of formality in labor markets and many other things.
