Chris Kozaczka’s career in corporate taxation began over a decade ago in 2002 when he graduated from Bentley University. In just under 4.5 years, the tax professional completed an accelerated 5-year undergraduate and graduate academic path. Through the program, he obtained a Master of Sciences degree in Taxation along with a certificate in Financial Planning. Chris Kozaczka prepared himself for his future occupational duties by actively participating in an array of societies at Bentley University, including:

- Bentley Marketing Association
- The Economics-Finance Organization
The skill set he obtained through his undergraduate and graduate studies provided him with a wealth of knowledge and expertise. Following graduation, he immediately jumped into the field of finances and economics head-first. He began his career by assuming the role of Tax Associate at Deloitte, a financial consulting firm specializing in risk management, auditing, and tax services. He maintained this position for nearly 3 years before broadening his experience base with National Grid. Over the course of his 13+ year career in taxation, he has held such roles as:
- Tax Accountant at National Grid (2005 - 2007)
- Senior Tax Analyst at CVS Caremark (2007 - 2011)
- Senior Tax Manager at The RMR Group (2011 - present)
Real Estate Investor
Chris Kozaczka’s background in Financial Planning has afforded him a unique perspective on the world of real estate investments. He currently self-manages a 21-unit real estate portfolio. He has overseen the purchase, renovation and sale of a variety of properties. He excels in this area by acquiring seller-financed real estate which he then transforms into profitable, residual income. His investments currently thrive in the New England area, as he holds an MA real estate salesperson license and a CT home inspector intern license. Working in this realm of finance and economics has inspired his eye for detail. He is a master at envisioning the potential of a property, regardless of its current state. The investor has a knack for realizing the unique and individual strengths of properties other investors may have passed up. He’s unafraid of challenge and gladly welcomes the opportunity to build something from the ground up. Chris Kozaczka looks forward to broadening the reach of his services and expanding his real estate portfolio across the United States in the coming years.
