Chris Kape is a serial entrepreneur from Vancouver, British Columbia. Chris leads JAMCO Capital, an early-stage venture capital and consulting firm with primary interests in the gaming, high tech, and wellness industries. Since 2001, he and his team have provided funding and business consulting services to more than 30 companies.
One of his biggest accomplishments took place in Q4 2018, when he sold Las Vegas-based Don Best Sports Corporation (“Don Best”), a leading global supplier of real-time betting data and pricing for North American sporting events, to Scientific Games Corporation (“SG” or “Scientific Games”), a publicly traded corporation, that provides gambling products and services to lottery and gambling organizations across the globe.
Additionally, Chris maintains equity in and board positions with numerous firms in his areas of expertise. Some of his most notable ventures include Splash, The Pie Hole, Riversol, Revols, and Midnight Paloma
A graduate of the University of Western Ontario, Chris received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Administrative and Commercial Studies. He went on to earn his Masters of Business Administration (MBA) from John Molson School of Business - Concordia University.
