Turn on your receiver and press the Menu button on the remote control.
Navigate to Tools > Upgrade by USB and press OK.
Select the USB device and press OK.
Select the software file and press OK.
Select Yes to confirm and start the upgrade process.

After the upgrade is finished, your receiver will restart automatically.

After the upgrade is finished, your receiver will restart automatically.
Tips and Warnings
Before updating your software, make sure you backup your channel list and settings in case something goes wrong. You can do this by using the Dump by USB option in the Tools menu.
Do not interrupt the upgrade process by turning off or unplugging your receiver, as this may damage your receiver or cause it to malfunction.
If you encounter any problems or errors during or after the upgrade process, you can try to reset your receiver to factory defaults by using the Factory Default option in the Tools menu. This will erase all your channel list and settings, so make sure you have a backup before doing this.
