Development of Library Procurement Tracking System

Budget of the University Library is solely used for library expenses.

Management subsidizes the repair and maintenance, operating costs, and other essential projects.

All project proposals are approved and funded either by the fiduciary, supplemental or external fund.

All librarians have full knowledge of the approved budget.

Library fee is realistic.
