This Privacy Policy explains how the ChirpUp! mobile application (the “Application”) handles user information. The Application is developed and maintained by Mykhailo Poshtariuk (the “Service Provider”) and is offered as a Free service for entertainment purposes. By downloading, installing, or using this Application, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you should not use the Application.
The Application has been developed according to the principles of privacy by design and data minimization. It may require an internet connection to enable gameplay features such as multiplayer modes or synchronization between users, but it does not collect, store, transmit, sell, or share any personal or sensitive user data.

The Application does not collect, store, or process any personal, behavioral, or technical information. You do not need to register or provide any identifying details to use the Application. Specifically:
The Application does not collect your name, email address, phone number, or other contact information.
It does not collect IP addresses, advertising identifiers, or device identifiers.
It does not record gameplay analytics, behavior, or usage metrics.
It does not use cookies or tracking technologies.
It does not request or process payment or financial data.
While an internet connection may be required to enable multiplayer or synchronization features, no personal information or identifiable user data is transmitted to the Service Provider or any third party. Connection data (such as general network status) may be handled by your device’s operating system or internet provider but is not accessed or processed by the Application itself.
The Application may request certain basic permissions necessary for proper functionality, including:
Network Access: To enable multiplayer gameplay, synchronization, or communication features.
Notifications (optional): To alert users of game events, invitations, or updates.
These permissions are used solely for gameplay functionality and never for data collection. Users may revoke permissions at any time via their device settings, though doing so may limit certain app features.
The Application does not integrate any third-party SDKs, advertising frameworks, or analytics tools.
No data is shared, sold, rented, or disclosed to any third parties.
If future updates introduce optional integrations (for example, online leaderboards or social gameplay features), the Service Provider will clearly disclose the data involved, update this Privacy Policy, and request your explicit consent before enabling such features.
The Service Provider prioritizes your privacy and has taken steps to ensure the Application remains secure.
No personal data is transmitted to or stored on any server controlled by the Service Provider.
Network communications are limited to essential gameplay operations.
Platform-level security (App Store review and device sandboxing) protects against unauthorized access.
You are encouraged to maintain your device’s security by using a passcode or biometric authentication and keeping your operating system updated.
Because no personal data is collected or stored by the Service Provider, there is no retention period or need for data deletion. Any data related to your gameplay is stored temporarily on your own device or managed through your platform account (for example, iCloud or Game Center). You can permanently delete this data by uninstalling the Application or managing storage in your device settings.
No user data is collected, stored, or transferred internationally. Any network activity that occurs is solely related to enabling core gameplay and does not involve data transmission to the Service Provider.
Audience and Purpose: The Application is designed for general audiences and is not directed toward children or built to solicit personal data from them.
No Data Collection: The Application does not knowingly collect or store any personal data from children under 13 years of age (or under 16, where applicable). It does not include chat, social networking, registration, or forms that could allow children to share personal details.
Use of Internet for Gameplay: Some features of the Application may require an internet connection for multiplayer access. This connectivity does not result in the collection or tracking of children’s information. Network connections are handled automatically by the device and platform; no identifying or sensitive data is collected or stored by the Service Provider.
Parental Guidance: Parents and guardians are strongly encouraged to monitor children’s use of the Application and mobile devices. They should instruct minors not to share personal data (such as real names, contact information, photos, or school details) through external communication tools or services. Parental controls (e.g., Apple Screen Time or Family Sharing) can be used to limit app usage or network access.
If You Believe a Child Has Provided Information: If a parent or guardian believes that a child has submitted personal data to the Service Provider by any means, they should contact mykhailoposhtariuk@gmail.com immediately. The Service Provider will promptly investigate and permanently delete any such data.
Future Features and Compliance: If future updates introduce optional features involving children’s participation or limited online interaction, the Service Provider will:

Obtain verifiable parental consent before collecting or processing any child data (in compliance with COPPA and GDPR-K).

This Policy complies with all relevant privacy regulations:
GDPR / UK GDPR: No personal data is collected or processed.
CCPA / CPRA: No “personal information” is collected, shared, or sold.
COPPA: No personal data is collected from children under 13.
App Store Review Guidelines: All data practices are transparently disclosed; no tracking or collection occurs.
If a privacy law requires a formal response to a user inquiry despite the app’s non-collection model, the Service Provider will comply promptly.
This Privacy Policy may be updated periodically to reflect new legal or technical requirements or to introduce new features. All updates will be posted here, with a revised effective date. Continued use of the Application after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Policy.
By downloading, installing, or using the Application, you agree to this Privacy Policy and its terms as set by the Service Provider.
