Welcome to mabo (hereinafter referred to as the "App"), developed and operated by Massage Book. We are committed to protecting our users' privacy and personal information.
This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect your information when you use the mabo app on mobile platforms.

1. Information We Collect
To provide massage booking services and optimize your experience, the App may request access to and collect the following information:
- Account Information: When you log in, we collect your phone number (verified via Zalo OTP), Google or Apple account information (Full name, email address, profile picture).
- Your Location: The App requests access to your location (both while in use and in the background) to display your position on the map and help you search for the nearest massage services or technicians.
- Camera and Photo Library: Access to your camera and photo library so you can take photos or send images directly in the customer support chat.
- Microphone: Access to the microphone to record and send voice messages in the chat.
- Advertising Tracking Data (Advertiser ID): With your consent (via the App Tracking Transparency prompt on iOS), we use advertising identifiers (IDFA on iOS and GAID on Android) to measure the effectiveness of app install campaigns from Facebook and TikTok.

2. How We Use the Information
We only use the collected information for the following purposes:
- User authentication and account security.
- Transaction processing and massage booking.
- Determining the distance between you and the technician to optimize their travel.
- Enabling communication and sharing images/voice messages between customers and technicians/support agents.
- Analyzing, measuring, and improving the effectiveness of marketing campaigns (such as app install ads on Facebook Ads and TikTok Ads).

3. Information Sharing and Disclosure
We are committed to not selling, trading, or renting your personal information to third parties. Your information is only shared in the following cases:
- Service Providers: We use Firebase (by Google) to store databases securely.
- Advertising & Analytics Partners: Integrated SDKs from Facebook (Meta) and TikTok to record app installs and optimize ads. This data is encrypted and only used in aggregated, non-personally identifiable form (except device advertising IDs if permitted).
- Legal Requirements: Disclosing information if required by law or to protect our legal rights.

We implement strict technical and organizational security measures (utilizing Google's Firebase system with tightly configured security rules) to protect your personal data from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction.

5. User Data Deletion Request Rights
You have full control over your personal information.
- You can turn off access to location, camera, and microphone at any time in your mobile device settings.
- If you wish to delete your account or request the complete deletion of your personal data stored on our systems, you can:
1. Submit an account deletion request directly in the account settings within the app.
2. Or send an email request directly to our support email address: vtmovn@gmail.com. We will delete all related data within 72 business hours after verification.
