We undertake to keep children’s personal information strictly confidential and will only provide children’s personal information to external parties in accordance with this Policy and with your explicit authorization.
Based on the content described in the section “How We Entrust Processing, Provide, Transfer, and Publicly Disclose Your Personal Information” in the Moe Beads - Perler Beads Privacy Policy, we will also take the following measures to protect the security of children’s personal information during entrusted processing, provision to third parties, transfer, and public disclosure:

In principle, as we may use global resources and servers to provide you with services, if the provision of such services involves the cross-border transfer of children’s personal information, we will obtain separate consent from the child’s guardian, require overseas recipients to adopt prudent and necessary measures to ensure the personal information transferred abroad is protected to a level equivalent to that under the Personal Information Protection Law, and strictly comply with the laws and regulations on cross-border personal information transfer and fulfill the requirements and conditions stipulated therein.
If we terminate our services or operations, we will promptly stop collecting children’s personal information, notify the guardian in advance in accordance with applicable laws and regulations, and delete or anonymize the child’s personal information after termination.If deletion is technically difficult to achieve, we will cease all processing activities other than storage and the adoption of necessary security protection measures.
How We Protect Children’s Personal Information
We attach great importance to the privacy and security of children and take all reasonably practicable measures to protect children’s personal information.For example, we strictly control access to children’s personal information, apply the minimum necessary authorization principle to staff who may access children’s personal information, and adopt technical measures to record and supervise staff’s processing of children’s personal information to prevent illegal copying or downloading. We also conduct timely security audits of data and technologies.Meanwhile, we store children’s personal information using encryption and other technical means to ensure its security.
How to Manage Children’s Personal Information
6.1 To enable you or your child to conveniently access and manage your child’s personal information while using our products and services, and to protect the right to cancel an account, you and your child may follow the instructions in the section “How to Manage Your Personal Information” in the Moe Beads - Perler Beads Privacy Policy.
6.2 Under the following circumstances, you or your child may contact us through the channels listed in “How to Contact Us” in the Privacy Policy to request the deletion of the corresponding children’s personal information:
The purpose of processing has been achieved, cannot be achieved, or is no longer necessary;
We cease to provide products or services, or the retention period has expired;
You withdraw your consent;
