This Privacy Policy applies to all applications published under the developer account Chiha JP on Google Play. By downloading, installing, or using any of our apps, you agree to the collection and use of information as described below.

If you do not agree with this policy, please do not use the app.

1. Information We Collect

We do not require you to create an account or enter personal information to use our apps. Most data is collected automatically, through your device and through the third-party advertising partners integrated into the app.

Specifically, we and our advertising partners may collect:

• Device information: device model, operating system and version, language, screen resolution, carrier.

• Advertising identifiers: Google Advertising ID (AAID) and equivalent identifiers, used to serve and measure ads.

• IP address and approximate location (city/country level, inferred from IP), not precise GPS location.

• App usage data: play time, screens opened, usage frequency, crashes/errors, used to improve the app and fix bugs.

• In-app purchase data (if the app offers IAP): processed through Google Play Billing. We do not see or store your card or payment account details.

We do not collect names, phone numbers, emails, contacts, or any personally identifiable information, unless you contact us directly by email.

2. Advertising

Chiha JP apps display ads to support free development. We use the following common ad networks:

• Google AdMob

• Unity Ads

• Meta Audience Network (Facebook)

• AppLovin

• Other ad networks that may participate through mediation platforms such as AdMob or a similar ad mediation SDK, used to optimize revenue and ad delivery.

These partners independently collect device data and advertising identifiers under their own privacy policies, to personalize, measure, and serve ads. We do not control and are not responsible for how these third parties process your data. We recommend reading each partner's privacy policy directly:

How to opt out of personalized ads

You can disable interest-based ads (this does not turn off ads entirely) by:

• Going to Settings > Google > Ads on your Android device, then selecting "Opt out of Ads Personalization."

• Or resetting/deleting your advertising ID in the same settings menu.

3. How We Use Data

We use the data described above to:

• Operate and maintain the app.

• Detect and fix bugs (crashes, freezes, lag).

• Serve ads, including personalized ads if you have not opted out.

• Analyze aggregated, anonymized usage behavior to improve features in future updates.

We do not sell personal data to third parties beyond sharing it with the advertising networks listed in Section 2, which is a necessary part of serving ads within the app.

4. Children

Chiha JP apps are not directed at and not designed for users under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we discover that we have inadvertently collected data from a child under the required age, we will delete it as soon as we become aware.

5. Storage and Security

Data is stored on the infrastructure of our service providers (Google Play, the ad SDKs listed above) under their own security standards. We take reasonable measures to limit unauthorized access, but no system can guarantee absolute security.

6. Your Rights

Since we do not store personally identifiable information ourselves, most requests regarding your data (access, correction, deletion) can be handled by:

• Uninstalling the app from your device.

• Resetting or opting out of your advertising identifier as described in Section 2.
