Woody is a sheriff that protected people against danger, now he is one of the freaks in The Wegas.

Backstory

He was a toy manufactured by a factory and sold locally. He was one of the copies, and Andy had bought him as a toy to play with. After Buzz Lightyear had replaced him, he had been rotting out in the toybox. He then got a life and then ran out of Andy's house after all of these years decided to recruit with The Wegas.
