My research interests are Ageing, Labour Market, Innovation, Green Economy. 

I am currently working at the Institute of Population Ageing, University of Oxford. 

I wrote a Ph.D. thesis on active labour market policy for the European programme in Law & Economics (Universities of Bologna, Rotterdam, Hamburg).

Previously I worked as a researcher at the Institute for Innovation & Public Purpose at UCL & for the Beyond the Technological Revolution project led by Carlota Perez.
