Hi, I am a Research Fellow at the University of Verona in the Department of Economics. Previously, I worked as a Research Associate at the University of Luxembourg in the Department of Behavioural and Cognitive Sciences. I hold a PhD in Economics from Lancaster University.
My research interests lie in the fields of Health Economics and Applied Economics, with a focus on health and well-being. My work primarily includes the use of large longitudinal datasets and causal inference methods. I am currently working on the determinants of health and wellbeing, exploring how life events shape individuals' outcomes. My research also explores intergenerational transmission of traits across generations using genetic and epigenetic data to investigate how genetic endowments interact with environmental factors. I am also interested in labour-related topics such as staff retention and how the working environment affects workers' health and well-being.
