Hi, I am Chiara, I work as a Quantitative Policy Analyst at the Joint Research Centre of the European Commission (Ispra, Italy). I am also an affiliated fellow of Age-It, the LABORatorio R.Revelli and Netspar.
Previously, I was Assistant Professor of Economics at the Department of Economics at Ca' Foscari University of Venice, and Postdoctoral Researcher at the Department of Economics and Statistics at the University of Torino.
I obtained the Italian National Scientific Habilitation for Associate Professor in the fields of Economics Policy (13/A2), Public Economics (13/A3) and Demography and Social Statistics (13/D3).
My research focuses primarily on populations ageing and explores how work, health, and socio-economic conditions interact over the life course. I am also interested in labour and public economics, as well as counterfactual policy impact evaluation.
