C&H Hawaiian Grill is seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our team as a Team Lead. As the Team Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant during the morning shift. This is a full-time position with a competitive pay structure and a positive work culture that values and rewards hard work and dedication.
Pay Range: $11-$17 per hour, compensation commensurate with experience
Preferred Qualifications:
2 years of relevant experience in a team lead or supervisory role is preferred but not necessary as we will train you.
Knowledge of restaurant operations, including food preparation, inventory management, and customer service
Strong communication and leadership skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
Flexibility to work assigned shifts and Saturdays (were closed on Sunday)
High school diploma or equivalent. A degree in hospitality, business, or a related field is a plus.
Responsibilities are to assist in the following:
Manage and oversee the assigned shift, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively
Coordinate and communicate with other team members to ensure a smooth and seamless operation
Train and supervise new team members, providing guidance and support as needed
Ensure that all health and safety regulations are followed
Manage inventory and order supplies as needed
Manage cash and credit card transactions accurately
Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a professional and timely manner
