Men's Club Tournament Participation Policy

Policy Adopted by the Chevy Chase Men's Club - February 11, 2026

Good Evening Men’s Club!

We’re excited for a great season ahead, and to keep things running smoothly, we need your help with sign-ups, cancellations, and communication

The club’s restaurant team relies on our headcount by the deadline to ensure a great experience, and it helps us form fair teams.

1. Sign-up deadline: Please sign up by the posted deadline. If it’s missed, we can’t guarantee a spot—so let’s lock it in early!

2. Cancellation: If plans change, please cancel prior to the  deadline for the tournament. If you cancel late or no-show:

• You will sit out the next Men’s Club tournament.

• You will be charged for the meal that was ordered, as the club charges based on our count. We’ll finalize the exact process with management soon.

Of course, if there’s a genuine emergency—like illness or injury— let us know as soon as possible, and we’ll work with you.

We appreciate your understanding—this helps us all have better events and clearer communication with Food and Beverage Management, Pro Shop Management, and Club Management. Looking forward to seeing you out there!
