Google Play Pending Download Reddit |BEST|

I can't download any apps from the google play store because they are all stuck on pending. I have already tried the other solutions, such as force stopping it, clearing cache and storage, removing and re-adding my google account, and turning on battery saver. I finally factory reset my phone and was still not able to download anything. I have a Moto G Stylus 2021 and android 11. I would really appreciate it if somebody had a solution.

So, (for about a week now) whenever I want to download/update anything using google play store the download is stuck on pending forever. I restarted the device multiple times, which didn't help. There are also not multiple updates at a time, since that can apparently cause problems. Is there anything I should try before resetting the play store or even my device?

All the updates just get stuck on "Download pending" and they never actually start downloading or installing. The only way we have found to temporary fix the issue is to delete Google Play's own updates so that the app goes to factory default version, but after it once again updates itself, the issue pops up again.

It seems to be a random bug because I have had my apps be stuck at pending for days before they would start to actually update, so the bug doesn't permanently break app updating. Anyone else have this issue? also before anyone asks I have fast WIFI so its not due to my network. also if it helps I have a pixel 5 and its on the latest android 12 beta build.

My kids are part of my Google Play/Google family. Each child must request approval for an in game purchase for google play apps on THEIR tablet and MY phone gets a notification that i approve or deny.

The problem is most times the notification does not come when it has been sent from their tablet successfully or it does come and i press the notification in the notification window of my android phone and the notification disappears instead of opening the list of pending requests.

Okay so... Where do i go on my android phone in the google play app to SEE the list of pending requests (for purchases) that my kids tablets/Google play accounts have sent me to approve or deny on my phone?

The google play help is silent on this very basic information. As far as i can see there is no information on googles website saying how to open the pending approvals screen to SEE PENDING APPROVALS from family members. It contains info only on approving requests on their phone by entering my password on their phone... Which is the other option when they want to buy content as family members but not the option they chose.... They chose the other option to send the request to my phone in which case i get the request and enter my password on my phone to approve it on theirs.

This is very frustrating. Surely there is a simple way to open Google Play app and find the list of pending app approvals that family members send me... iF the notification sent to my androids notification fails to come or open when pressed.

Just got a new TV (Polaroid 4K 50') and I can't download any new apps or update the existing ones. Whenever I try it just says "pending" indefinitely. I've searched online for solutions, most of which say to delete the cache from Google play/play services/download manager or uninstall the updates, neither of which have worked. The TV is brand new and has plenty of storage space, any ideas on how to fix this?

I developed a first game for android, did some internal testing through the google play console, and then went on to make closed tests, but now all the things I had to fill and the release itself etc are pending for review, and it's been 5 days now. It's hard to find any consistent -let alone official- answer about how long it's supposed to take and I've seen that it has already been very long for some periods in the past.

So for the past 4 months I've been having this problem with my ZTE overture (3 I think) and it just says download pending or update pending and it's gotten really annoying I've deleted stuff cleared up space and nothing any help on this will be very appreciated

Has anyone else has this? I'm trying to download an app and it's spent 30 or so hours pending without even getting to a percentage bar. I've tried clearing cache, force stopping. And it happens with everything because I've tried other apps to check.

Just tried about every solution on this sub, from removing accounts, reinstalling, installing app from browser using the payment google account. Nothing works.

Checked my google play transactions on browser (payments.google.com) if something is stuck.

Nothing.

Whole coc shop is just greyed out.

Blogs that appear on the google search claiming to know how to solve issue are full of shit, they just want you to enter the website and watch ads.

It has been a few weeks now, I think. In the "Manage apps and device" section of my play store, there is a notification that says "1 install pending". But it is not showing any app that needs such an action to be done. This notification appears under the banner/menu "All apps up to date". All my apps are up-to-date. I checked that many times. Restarting my phone is not solving the problem. My play store is up-to-date. I cleared the cache. This notification just won't go away. I looked online, most of the webpages are talking about "download pending error", not my particular case. I found a post in Google community support webpage, another person having the exact same problem, there was only one answer and that was from an expert. But his answer was also talking about "down pending error". And the methods in his answer, I had already tried that. So, that brings me to here. Anyone has any idea regarding this?

I just realized that the reason your downloads go into pending when playing a game, even when playing offline single player, is because the game may still be connecting to online features such as leader boards and such. Simple fix, just sign out of the PSN. Your download will continue while the game will load entirely offline due to the lack of connected account.

I'm a comish in a NHL elimination league. Today is cut day. There are a few players I'm not able to cut from the last place team and is giving me the "Player is in a pending transaction. (Error #170)" red text error. This manager has been inactive since Feb 21st, so no waiver claims or trades are involved with the following 5 players... This issue exists since very first android ever was released i believe. The apps on play store are constantly in pending-update state and not updating automatically. I was kind of hoping Nothing could solve this once and for all, but unfortunately its still here :( new phone, apps not updating automatically. Tried some workarounds i could google like clear app store cache, disable/enable google play services, reboot etc, none did help. Do you guys have a working solution for this? So I'm getting the dreaded neverending "Download pending..." issue on my Huawei Watch 2 (where whenever you try to download an app from the store it remains as Download pending, even if your internet connection is fine).

I'm not accustomed to using reddit so forgive me if I'm posting in the wrong place or doing anything else wrong.

To start, about yesterday (7th Aug) it all originally started when trying to log into Marvel Future Revolution, getting the network error.

Long story short, uninstalled the game, updated Bluestacks, used BSTCleaner/reinstall, cleared the play store/services cache, uninstalled/reinstalled 3 more times, everytime the play store is stuck on download pending.

The issue is the play store running on Bluestacks, not my system spec(same error occurs on my laptop Bluestacks), not my internet (downloading anything else on the emulator works fine), and I doubt it's device profile.

Please let me know what else I can try, thank you.

Hey all - Seems all my game downloads are stuck in pending status. I've switched networks, tested network speed, closed/reopened, shut down, restarted, checked for most recent BlueStacks update. Not sure what else to do. Anyone else having this issue? Any suggestions? Thanks so much!

Unfortunately my tablet updated before I could freeze OTA updates so I'm stuck with what I can do with Fire Toolbox 26.1. I sideloaded Play Store a few weeks ago. I've noticed all app updates are now "pending"... Is there a fix for this? Thanks!

Just updated to lineageos 20 and couldn't install chrome. Managed to install every other chrome app from the play store but when I try to install chrome it just stays stuck on pending. Any fix for this?

I was making a video and my memory ran out and the video was not saved properly by my phone. I can't see the video in my gallery. When I access files from android file transfer this is what I see. I can't copy these files to my computer for them to play.

I lost my phone, tried to call it earlier and it was ringing, but no answer. I did a search on Quora and it mostly said no. Im wondering if the phone rings when you call it or does it go to voicemail? Find my said it was last used yesterday at 6:13 am EST. i lost my phone before this date and it was in my home. When i play sound, it says pending will connect to internet? What is the point of it if i cant use it without connection?
