Recklesstown Way Nature Walk

The Project

This guided walk is made as an eagle scout project from Troop 112's Matthew Bertrand to the township of Chesterfield. Due to past hurricanes and blight trees across the neighborhood development died, and due to the urban planning there was not much biodiversity in the trees planted (Tulip Poplar being the main tree in question). Since scouts learn on nature and conservation of it's resources Matthew felt it appropriate to replant a variety of trees as well as provide a chance for members or visitors of the community to learn about the flora surrounding them.
