James was a middle order batsman making his debut for Leicestershire in 2008 before moving to
Nottinghamshire in 2012. He made his England ODI debut in 2011 and his test debut in 2012. He played 7 test
matches and 27 ODIs before his career was cut short by the diagnosis of a heart condition in 2016. Currently he
is a member of the coaching staff at Leicestershire.
Pie and peas followed by tea/coffee and cake will cost just £20 for members and £25 for guests. Please could
everyone email Steve Billington (sjbillington04@gmail.com) as soon as possible with the names of members
and number of guests planning to attend.
