Chess Timer ("we", "our", or "the app") is a chess timer application.

This privacy policy explains what information the app collects and how it is used.

Information We Collect

This app does not collect, store, or transmit any personal information. 

All app functionality (timer, custom time controls, appearance settings) 

operates entirely on your device and does not require an internet connection.

The "Connect Devices" feature is currently under development and is not 

yet functional ("Coming Soon"). No data is collected, transmitted, or 

shared through this feature at this time. If and when this feature becomes 

active in a future update, this privacy policy will be updated in advance 

to accurately describe what data it processes.

Automatically Collected Data by Google Play

Like all apps distributed through Google Play, basic technical information 

(such as crash reports and device type) may be automatically collected by 

Google Play services to help identify and fix bugs. We do not have access 

to personally identifying details from this data beyond what Google Play 

provides in aggregate.

Information We Do Not Collect

We do not collect your name, email address, contacts, location, or any 

other personal information. The app does not require account creation or login.

Data Sharing

We do not sell or share any user data with third parties.

Children's Privacy

This app is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly 

collect personal information from children.

Changes to This Policy

This policy may be updated as new features are added to the app — 

particularly if the "Connect Devices" feature is activated in a future 

update. Changes will be posted on this page.
