• Account Information: Display Name (Username), Google Account name/details (if you choose to sign in with Google), and Profile Picture (Avatar).

• Gameplay Data: Match history, scores, Elo rating, win/loss record, play time, and chess move history.

• Device and Technical Information: IP address, Device ID, Google Advertising ID (GAID), operating system version, app version, and mobile network details.

• Log Data & Crash Reports: Technical diagnostic information collected when the application encounters a crash or error to help us debug and optimize performance.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the collected information for the following purposes:

• Core Functionality: Creating game rooms, online matchmaking, saving game progress, and displaying leaderboards.

• Authentication & Security: Verifying user accounts and securing system infrastructure.

• Fair Play & Anti-Cheat: Detecting and preventing fraudulent behavior (cheats/bots) to ensure a fair gaming environment.

• Optimization & Maintenance: Analyzing technical issues, fixing bugs, and enhancing user experience.

• Notifications: Sending game-related notifications (e.g., turn reminders, friend invitations) if permitted by your device settings.

3. Third-Party Services and SDKs

Our Application integrates trusted third-party services and SDKs to support its functionality. These third parties may collect and process information automatically sent by your device according to their own privacy policies:

• Google Play Services: Android core system platform services.

• Firebase (Google): User authentication (Firebase Authentication), real-time database management (Firebase Realtime Database / Firestore), and error reporting (Firebase Crashlytics).

• Google AdMob: Serving and measuring personalized or non-personalized advertisements based on the device's Google Advertising ID.

4. User Rights and Data Deletion Requests

You have full control over your personal information:

• View and edit your personal profile information directly within the application settings.

Our Application does not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13. If you are a parent or guardian and become aware that your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us via email. We will promptly delete such information from our servers.

6. Data Security

We implement reasonable technical and organizational security measures to protect your personal data against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. However, please be aware that no method of transmission over the Internet or method of electronic storage is 100% secure.

MoveMint Studio ("chúng tôi") tôn trọng và cam kết bảo vệ quyền riêng tư của người dùng. Chính sách quyền riêng tư này giải thích cách chúng tôi thu thập, sử dụng, lưu trữ và bảo vệ thông tin của bạn khi bạn sử dụng ứng dụng di động Chess Online.

1. Thông tin chúng tôi thu thập

Để cung cấp trải nghiệm chơi cờ vua trực tuyến mượt mà, ổn định và công bằng, chúng tôi có thể thu thập các loại thông tin sau:

• Thông tin tài khoản: Tên hiển thị (Username), Tên/Thông tin tài khoản Google (khi bạn chọn đăng nhập bằng Google) và Ảnh đại diện (Avatar).

• Dữ liệu trò chơi (Gameplay Data): Lịch sử ván đấu, điểm số, thứ hạng (Elo), số trận thắng/thua, thời gian chơi và thông tin nước đi trong ván cờ.

• Thông tin thiết bị và kỹ thuật: Địa chỉ IP, Mã định danh thiết bị (Device ID), Mã định danh quảng cáo (Google Advertising ID - GAID), hệ điều hành, phiên bản ứng dụng và thông tin nhà mạng.

• Dữ liệu nhật ký & lỗi (Crash Logs): Thông tin khi ứng dụng gặp sự cố kỹ thuật để phục vụ việc sửa lỗi và nâng cao hiệu năng hệ thống.

2. Mục đích sử dụng thông tin

Chúng tôi sử dụng thông tin thu thập được cho các mục đích sau:

• Duy trì và vận hành các tính năng cốt lõi: Tạo bàn chơi, ghép trận trực tuyến (Matchmaking), lưu tiến trình chơi và hiển thị bảng xếp hạng.

• Xác thực và bảo mật: Xác thực tài khoản người dùng và bảo mật hệ thống.

• Chống gian lận: Phát hiện và ngăn chặn các hành vi gian lận (cheat/bot) để đảm bảo tính công bằng trong trò chơi.

• Tối ưu hóa và nâng cấp: Phân tích, xử lý sự cố kỹ thuật và nâng cao trải nghiệm người dùng.

• Thông báo: Gửi thông báo liên quan đến trò chơi (ví dụ: thông báo đến lượt đi, lời mời kết bạn) nếu bạn cấp quyền trên thiết bị.

3. Dịch vụ và SDK của Bên thứ ba

Ứng dụng của chúng tôi có tích hợp các dịch vụ bên thứ ba uy tín để vận hành hệ thống. Các bên thứ ba này có thể thu thập và xử lý thông tin được tự động gửi bởi thiết bị của bạn theo chính sách riêng của họ:

• Google Play Services: Dịch vụ nền tảng hệ thống Android.

4. Quyền của người dùng và Yêu cầu Xóa dữ liệu (Data Deletion)

Bạn có toàn quyền kiểm soát thông tin cá nhân của mình:

• Xem và chỉnh sửa thông tin hồ sơ cá nhân trực tiếp trong phần cài đặt ứng dụng.

  Chúng tôi sẽ tiến hành xác minh và xóa vĩnh viễn dữ liệu của bạn khỏi máy chủ trong vòng 7 đến 14 ngày làm việc. Dữ liệu bị xóa bao gồm: Thông tin tài khoản, liên kết Google Auth, lịch sử đấu, thứ hạng Elo và avatar.

5. Quyền riêng tư của Trẻ em (Children’s Privacy)

Ứng dụng của chúng tôi không cố ý thu thập thông tin cá nhân từ trẻ em dưới 13 tuổi. Nếu bạn là cha mẹ hoặc người giám hộ và phát hiện ra con em mình đã cung cấp thông tin cá nhân cho chúng tôi, vui lòng liên hệ qua email. Chúng tôi sẽ lập tức tiến hành xóa các thông tin đó khỏi máy chủ.

6. Bảo mật dữ liệu

Chúng tôi áp dụng các biện pháp bảo mật hợp lý về mặt kỹ thuật và tổ chức để bảo vệ dữ liệu cá nhân của bạn khỏi sự truy cập, thay đổi, tiết lộ hoặc phá hủy trái phép. Tuy nhiên, xin lưu ý rằng không có phương thức truyền tải nào qua Internet hoặc lưu trữ điện tử là an toàn tuyệt đối 100%.
