Our goal is to provide a friendly environment where we all enjoy improving our game of chess. We meet every Tuesday around 6pm at Sideboard Cafe, right next-door to Cape Fear Games.
To reach the Sideboard Cafe, enter Cape Fear Games, and walk past the beverage refrigerator and make a left. You will see a large number of tables, some of them will have chess games being played.
Not to be confused with our friends at Wilmington Chess Club, who were here first.
Please use our Facebook group to contact us.

Respect personal space
Unfortunately, COVID-19 is still around. Please be mindful of physical contact. Other members may be wary of handshakes, high-fives, etc.
Please follow our simple rules
