Long before airports connected the world, ancient travelers followed the stars.
They crossed the Mediterranean in wooden ships.

Now, Chernair will follow those ancient paths once again.
From the heart of Europe, a new expedition is preparing to depart.
A team of historians, archaeologists, explorers and documentary crews has assembled in Prague. Their mission is unlike any Chernair operation before it.
They are searching for the traces of an ancient journey — a route connecting the great civilizations of Greece, Egypt, Anatolia and the Balkans.
But the expedition needs a way to follow the ancient path.
That is where Chernair comes in.
Six flights have been planned.
Six destinations.
Six chapters of a story that has survived for centuries.

Prague → Athens
The expedition begins. Archaeologists, historians and documentary crews leave Prague and head for the birthplace of the ancient legends.
The journey begins in Prague. The expedition team boards Chernair with maps, ancient documents and equipment packed for the unknown. As the aircraft heads south, the first destination comes into view: Athens, the legendary birthplace of heroes and philosophers.
Every legend begins with a single step.

Athens → Cairo
The Mediterranean is crossed and the expedition enters the world of the Pharaohs, pyramids and ancient mysteries.
Leaving Greece behind, the expedition crosses the Mediterranean toward Egypt. Beyond the coastline lies a world of temples, pyramids and forgotten kingdoms. The researchers believe their first major clue is waiting somewhere beneath the desert sands.

Cairo → Istanbul
From Egypt into Anatolia. Istanbul becomes the great crossroads between East and West.
The expedition leaves Africa and heads toward the crossroads of civilizations. Istanbul awaits, where Europe and Asia meet. Here, the team discovers that their ancient route is far larger than they first imagined.

Istanbul → Rhodes
The expedition follows the ancient Mediterranean routes toward Rhodes, where Greek mythology comes alive.
The sea calls once again. Flying west across the Aegean, the expedition follows an ancient maritime route toward Rhodes. Somewhere among the island's ruins may lie the next piece of the mystery.

Rhodes → Sofia
Leaving the islands behind, the journey moves north through the Balkans and toward the ancient crossroads of Europe.
The expedition leaves the Mediterranean islands and turns north toward the Balkans. Mountains, ancient roads and forgotten kingdoms now replace the sea. Every mile brings the researchers closer to the end of their quest.

Sofia → Prague
The final chapter. The expedition returns to Prague carrying its discoveries, memories and stories from across the ancient world.
The final chapter begins. The expedition boards one last Chernair flight, carrying its discoveries home to Prague. Six flights have taken them across thousands of miles, but the real treasure is the story they will bring back.
As Prague appears beneath the aircraft, the journey comes to an end.
Every journey ends. Legends never do.
