A USAID-chartered humanitarian relief flight departs from Miami bound for Simón Bolívar International Airport, carrying a specialized team of doctors, medical volunteers, and critical supplies. The mission is part of an emergency response effort to provide life-saving medical assistance to communities affected by the ongoing humanitarian crisis in Venezuela. 

After several months of dedicated service in Venezuela, a USAID humanitarian relief aircraft departs from Simón Bolívar International Airport bound for Miami, carrying returning medical volunteers and field personnel who have completed extended assignments providing life-saving aid in the region.

This mission supports local humanitarian outreach by moving aid workers, medical supplies, and communications equipment from Caracas to remote airstrip near the Guárico, before returning to SVMI the same day.

Following a successful medical outreach mission in Guárico, this return flight will transport the USAID medical team back to Simón Bolívar International Airport along with two local healthcare partners requiring debriefing and additional medical training. The aircraft will also carry light return cargo, including used field medical kits, survey data, and equipment for servicing.
