Once the prisoner has requested to add you to their phone list, the prison will contact you to confirm your phone number. The prison will also ask you if you agree to receive phone calls from the prisoner.

At the start of your video visit the terms and conditions will be displayed on the screen. Please read and understand the terms and conditions before agreeing to them. You need to agree to these terms and conditions to continue with the visit.

A piece of audio played will then advise you that your personal visit is being recorded and a recording symbol will be displayed. This symbol will be visible to all people on the call for the entire length of the personal video visit.

This project was begun in 1987 to study the Anglican clergy, in particular their training at the Cobourg Theological Institute and its successor, the Faculty of Divinity at Trinity College. Her research focused on the women who studied Divinity at Trinity College from 1915 to 1987. Fonds contains research obtained from records in the Trinity College Archives, and from surveys answered by former students. The fonds also contains a paper and course materials by Alison Kemper, a published paper by Meredith Hill as well as her presentation to the Divinity 150 Colloquium.

The first series, textual materials, includes file folders containing canceled cheques and administrative paperwork, as well as 1,317 wrap binders detailing the process of creating the advertisements. These binders include story boards, correspondence, invoices, purchase orders, scripts, cast lists, payroll documents, contracts, call sheets, permits, shooting schedules and insurance information.

The second series, Audio Material, includes primary raw recordings, intermediate edits, and finished documents. Many of the cassette tapes, compact discs and digital audio tapes also contain recordings of conference calls which would usually involve the director, an executive from the ad agency and an executive from Radke.

The third series, Video Material, includes several iterations of the commercials and music spots made by the company (raw footage, editing stages, and finished productions), as well as showreels sent to Radke by companies seeking work for their directors (including Errol Morris and David Fincher).

Rhombus Media is a Toronto-based production company and has produced a number of theatrical feature films, TV drama, documentaries and performing arts programmes the over the past 44 years. The collection includes works that Cylla von Tidemann took under Rhombus Media. Most of the formats are negatives of Sheena MacDonald Portrait, director shot, and headshots of Barbara Sweet.

The Tenth series includes the negatives and prints of various dancers from the Toronto Dance Theatre. The Toronto Dance Theatre was founded in 1968 by dancer and choreographers Peter Randazzo, Patricia Beatty, and David Earle. The company quickly became popular with their charismatic dancers and a repertoire of original work created in collaboration with Canadian composers and designers. The series also contains work from NY Times and from Christopher House.

The eleventh series contains the personal and earlier works of Von Tiedemann. Most of the formats in the collections are negatives and a few black and white prints of various dancers, actors and landscapes from her work and personal travels. People in these sections includes Yseult & Robert, Nicholas & Graeme, Graham McKelvie, Maxine Heppner, Margie Gillis, Marie Jose Chartier, and Eryn Trudell. As noted in the finding aid, many of the performers in the series shows nudity. Travels includes Indonesia, Italy, South France, and Vancouver. Production companies also included in the series are Mirvish Production, ARMS, Deaf Planet show, Destination foundation, and Nightwood Theatre.

Series 12: Early Photography

This series spans the years of the late 1980s to early 1990s. It contains the early photography of Von Tiedemann, which includes dancers, performers, personal peers, and trips. Mainly includes works on portraits and photo shots for Danny Grossman. Danny Grossman is a Canadian dancer, choreographer, and activist. His performance in the series are Devine Air, Age of Darkness, Memento Mori, Ces Plaisirs and more. He created the Danny Grossman Dance Company which produced his political dances James Harcourt, San Miguel de Alleude, Roshar-show, David Arthur, and others.

The Miscellaneous section includes a variety of CDs that contain her collection of digital files. The disks contains the digital version of her photographs, which includes her commissions for dancers and performers. They also contain the commissions from Koresh Dance Company, Dance Boom festival, and Dance Advance; productions such as Touching Wild Horses, Child star, and the Producers.

These are in turn divided into 3 subsubseries: Cinefilm (consisting of 16mm colour negative), Video Recordings (consisting of in. cassettes, Digital Betacam cassettes, BetacamSP cassettes, DVC Pro cassettes, DVCam cassettes, PAL cassettes, VHS cassettes, Hi8 cassettes, DVDs, Mini DV cassettes, CDROMs and a Zip Disc), and Audio Recordings (consisting of multitrack magnetic reels, in. magnetic reels, digital cassettes, DA88 cassettes, CDs, and Zip Discs.)

The 1986 Accession includes records related to the Albert Einstein commemoration. The accession includes 94 reel to reel audio tapes and 17 magnetic audio tapes containing relevant interviews, and one box containing typed transcripts for some of the interviews, and related textual materials.
