New Beginners' C25k Course

Have you ever wished you could start running, but were worried about joining a 'club'? OR made a New Year's resolution to get fitter but have struggled and given up?

We can help you!

Chepstow Harriers is offering the NHS proven 'Couch to 5K' program beginning

Thursday 9th January 2020 at 6.15pm and finishing with a 5k Parkrun on Saturday 14th March.

If you can presently walk a mile, we'll help you jog with a smile! :)

This course is for you!

We will start with ‘run walk sessions’ and gradually increase the running time so that after 9 weeks you will be able run 5K at your own pace!

Full support will be offered by a team of dedicated Coaches and club volunteers, as well as encouragement via a Facebook group page.

Your commitment is to do the weekly Thursday session, and then do exactly the same session twice more in the week at a time and place that suit you. It’s essential that you do all three.”
