Welcome to my webpage!
I'm Chenling Wan, a second-year Ph.D. student at the Lee Kuan Yew School of Public Policy, National University of Singapore.
I work at the intersection of economics and public policy, with a broad interest in efficiency-equity trade-offs. My research focuses on how policy design shapes productivity, inequality, and social welfare. Specifically, I am working on human capital, transportation, and the effects of place-based policies.
