My primary research area is computational neuroscience, but I've dabbled with cardiac models, risk management, and ecology/epidemiology. Topics include:

• Dynamics of variability of cortical neural network activity across repeated trials

• Developing numerical methods to solve probability density equations

• Mathematical analysis of coupled stochastic systems (differential equations)

• Detailed biophysical cellular and network modeling

• Neural coding of sensory and other signals
