I graduated from Department of Computer Science and Engineering, The Ohio State University (OSU), as a PhD, in 2018.
My research interest focuses on data visualization, image processing, and machine learning. My advisor is Professor Han-Wei Shen (our lab here). Our research aims to present large and complex data (of all types) in intuitive and informative ways, and explore hidden features or patterns by interacting with the visualization.
I will start to work at Facebook, Inc. at Menlo Park, CA in 2019.

Research in Image Processing
I got my master degree from The University of Iowa in 2013. My research for the master degree focuses on biomedical image processing, under the guidance of Professor Punam Saha. We analyze 3D CT scan data to extract key features, in the form of segmentation or medical properties. Selected publications as below:
