Welcome to my Website! I am a third-year doctoral student in Accounting at The Hong Kong University of Science and Technology.  

I am fascinated by understanding accounting's economic roles. Building upon the efficiency story, my research agenda generally lies in the intersection between accounting and international economics. I am studying government contracting, supply chain, and disclosure mandates under the theme of international accounting. I use empirical causal inference methods to articulate the underlying microeconomic theories of accounting information.
