- Meal and nutrition data you log within the app
- Messages sent to the AI nutrition coach
HOW WE USE YOUR INFORMATION

- Provide personalized daily meal plans and calorie targets
- Analyze meals and generate nutritional information
- Track your nutrition and progress over time
- Generate AI-powered recipes and coaching responses
- Process subscription payments
- Improve and maintain the app
THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
We use the following third-party services:
- OpenAI: Powers our AI meal planning, recipe generation,
and nutrition coaching features. Your meal queries and
profile data may be processed by OpenAI to generate
personalized responses.
- RevenueCat: Manages in-app subscriptions and purchase
verification. Payment information is handled directly
by Apple and is never stored by us.
- MongoDB Atlas: Stores your account and nutrition data
securely in the cloud.
DATA STORAGE AND SECURITY
Your data is stored on secure servers. We implement
appropriate technical and organizational measures to
protect your personal information against unauthorized
access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction.
DATA RETENTION
We retain your personal data for as long as your account
is active. You may request deletion of your account and
associated data at any time through the app's Profile
settings.
CHILDREN'S PRIVACY
ChefAI is not intended for children under the age of 13.
We do not knowingly collect personal information from
children under 13.
YOUR RIGHTS
You have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you
- Correct inaccurate data
- Request deletion of your data
- Export your data
You can exercise these rights through the Profile section
of the app or by contacting us directly.

policy in the app. Continued use of the app after
