This Privacy Policy explains how Verimon Games handles information in its games and apps. The services described below apply only where they are included in the app and version you use. Not every app contains advertising or online multiplayer features. Please also consult the app's Google Play Data safety information.
## Information used to provide our games
Games with online multiplayer features use Google Firebase Realtime Database to exchange room codes, player presence, timestamps, gameplay events and match results. This information enables players to connect and synchronize gameplay. Gameplay information is transmitted to other participants in the same room. Treat room codes as invitations and share them only with intended participants.
Firebase may also process technical connection information, including IP addresses and user agents, to operate its services. Using Firebase does not by itself mean that a game uses Google Analytics, advertising, or account registration.
Games may store preferences and progress locally on your device. If you contact support, we receive your email address and the information you choose to send so that we can respond to your request. Please do not send unnecessary sensitive information.
## Advertising, where included
Some of our games use Google AdMob. In those games, Google's Mobile Ads SDK may collect and share IP addresses, device or account identifiers, advertising identifiers where available, interactions with the app and advertisements, and diagnostic information. Google uses this information for advertising, measurement and fraud prevention. An IP address may be used to estimate general location.
Advertising and consent options depend on the app, device, region and applicable age requirements. Where provided, use the app's privacy options and your device's advertising settings to manage your choices. Apps without advertising do not use AdMob merely because this policy describes it.
## Service providers and disclosure
We use Google services to provide the features described above. Firebase processes data for its services under the applicable Firebase terms; advertising data is handled under Google's applicable advertising policies. Multiplayer participants receive the gameplay information needed for their shared session. Information sent to support is used to address your request. We may also disclose information when legally required or necessary to protect users and our services.

## Retention and deletion
Multiplayer room data is intended to support gameplay sessions. The game requests deletion of the room when the host leaves normally. Interrupted connections or an unexpected shutdown may leave room data in the database; we do not promise immediate deletion in those cases. Google may retain technical service information according to its applicable retention policies.
Local preferences and progress can generally be removed by clearing the app's storage or uninstalling it, subject to your device's backup settings. To request access, correction or deletion of information held by Verimon Games, contact verimon.games@gmail.com. Include the app, approximate session date and room code if relevant, so we can identify the information. We may need additional information to verify and fulfill the request. Available rights and any required retention depend on applicable law.
## Children and age suitability
The intended audience and content rating vary by game; consult its store listing. Parents or guardians can contact us about a child's information or request its deletion. Advertising and data practices for children are subject to applicable requirements and the configuration of the particular game.
## Security and international processing
Online information is processed using Google's infrastructure and may be processed outside your country. No electronic transmission or storage system is completely secure. Please avoid sharing sensitive personal information through gameplay or room invitations.
