These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the mobile application, which is developed and operated by CheckSum Technologies ("Company", "We", "Us", "Our"). 2. Subscription and Payment
PDF Scanner: PDF Toolbox offers a subscription-based model:
Premium Monthly: $1.99
Premium Yearly: $14.99
Subscription payments will be charged to your iTunes account upon confirmation of the purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
To manage or cancel your subscription, go to:
Settings > iTunes & App Store > Apple ID > View Apple ID > Subscriptions > Select PDF Scanner: PDF Toolbox > Cancel Subscription.
You can switch between subscription plans at any time through your iTunes account settings. All subscription payments are non-refundable.
3. License
Unless otherwise stated, CheckSum Technologies and/or its licensors own the intellectual property rights for all material on PDF Scanner: PDF Toolbox. You may access and use the app for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You must not:
Republish, sell, rent, or sublicense any materials from the app
Reproduce, duplicate, or copy any material from the app
Redistribute content from the app in any form
4. User Reviews and Content
Users can leave reviews or feedback about the app on the App Store. These reviews do not reflect the views or opinions of PDF Scanner: PDF Toolbox, CheckSum Technologies, or its affiliates. CheckSum Technologies reserves the right to monitor and remove any content that is deemed inappropriate, offensive, or violates these Terms.
By posting a review or feedback, you grant CheckSum Technologies a non-exclusive, worldwide license to use, edit, and share your comments in any format.
5. Ads and Third-Party Content
The app displays advertisements served by AdMob. By using the app, you agree to the collection and usage of data for ad targeting purposes. CheckSum Technologies is not responsible for any third-party content or services provided through these ads.
You acknowledge that third-party links and advertisements are provided solely for your convenience. We do not endorse or control the content or accuracy of any third-party sites linked to from the app.
6. No Data Collection
We do not collect any personal data from users. PDF Scanner: PDF Toolbox operates with full privacy, and no user data is stored or shared. However, the app may use AdMob for advertisements, which may collect certain data as per their privacy policy.
7. No Warranty
To the fullest extent permitted by law, CheckSum Technologies disclaims all warranties, express or implied, with respect to the app, including but not limited to accuracy, functionality, and performance. The app is provided "as-is," and we do not guarantee that it will meet your requirements or be error-free.
8. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall CheckSum Technologies be liable for any damages arising from your use of or inability to use the app, including direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. You agree to use the app at your own risk.
9. Subscription Cancellation and Refunds
Subscriptions are non-refundable. However, you can cancel your subscription at any time by following the steps mentioned above. Canceling your subscription will stop the auto-renewal for the next billing cycle, but it will not provide a refund for the current period.
10. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the app if you violate these Terms or engage in any unlawful activity.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Pakistan, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
12. Modifications
CheckSum Technologies reserves the right to modify or revise these Terms at any time. By continuing to use the app after such changes, you agree to be bound by the revised Terms.
