• READ_MEDIA_VIDEO – used to display and play local videos on your device or stream them to Cast devices (such as Chromecast or Smart TV).

• INTERNET & NETWORK ACCESS – used to play videos from URLs or load subtitles from online sources.

• FOREGROUND_SERVICE_CONNECTED_DEVICE – used to maintain a local connection (ServerSocket) while transferring videos to a Cast device.

All operations are performed locally on your device. No files or data are uploaded to external servers.

3. Analytics and Crash Reporting

CHD Player uses Firebase Analytics and Firebase Crashlytics to improve app stability and performance.
All collected data is anonymous and not used to identify individual users.

4. Advertising

This app displays ads through Google AdMob and AppLovin (including Facebook Audience Network mediation).
Ad networks may use anonymous device identifiers (such as the Advertising ID) to deliver relevant ads.
You can disable personalized ads through your Android device settings.

5. Data Storage and Security

The app does not store user data on any external server.
All video and subtitle files remain on your local device storage.
Firebase and advertising partners comply with Google Play policies and GDPR standards.

6. Cast Feature

When using the Cast feature, the app establishes a local (ServerSocket) connection between your phone and the target device (such as a TV or Chromecast).
This connection is only used to transfer the selected video and does not store or share any data.

You may:

• Delete app data anytime through Android system settings.

• Deny certain permissions (such as media access) through Android privacy settings.
  Some features may not function properly if permissions are denied.
