1. Agreement to Terms

By downloading, installing, or using ChatMeAI, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. Bring Your Own API Keys (BYOK)

ChatMeAI requires API keys from OpenAI, Anthropic, or Google. You must provide these keys and are responsible for all costs incurred with those services. You must comply with their Terms of Service and monitor your API usage and costs.

3. License to Use

When you purchase ChatMeAI, you get a non-exclusive license to use the App on all your iOS devices. You do NOT get source code access, the right to reverse engineer, resell, or redistribute the App.

4. Acceptable Use

You may use ChatMeAI for personal or commercial projects and generate content for your business. You may NOT violate laws, generate illegal content, harass others, hack the App, or use it for spam or malicious purposes.

5. Content Responsibility

You are responsible for content you generate, how you use AI responses, and complying with copyright laws. We are NOT responsible for AI hallucinations, offensive content, copyright infringement, or consequences of using AI advice.

6. Your Data & Privacy

Your data stays on YOUR device. We don't collect or store your conversations, projects, or API keys on our servers. See our Privacy Policy for complete details.

7. Third-Party Services

ChatMeAI relies on Apple iOS, OpenAI API, Anthropic API, Google AI API, and other optional services. We are NOT responsible if these services change, shut down, increase prices, or ban your account.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. We do NOT guarantee error-free operation, uninterrupted service, specific results, or compatibility with future iOS versions.

9. Limitation of Liability

We are NOT liable for lost profits, lost data, API costs, or consequential damages. Maximum liability is limited to the amount you paid for the App.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms occasionally. We will notify you of material changes via in-app notification or App Store updates. Continued use after changes means you accept the new Terms.
