ChatCharm Keyboard Terms of Use

Welcome to ChatCharm Keyboard (“ChatCharm”, “we”, “our”, or “the App”).

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) constitute a legal agreement between you and ChatCharm regarding your access to and use of the application and related services.

Please read these Terms carefully before using the App.

By downloading, installing, accessing, or using ChatCharm Keyboard, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Services

ChatCharm Keyboard is an AI-powered keyboard application that may include:

• AI Reply

• AI Rewrite

• AI Proofreading

• AI Text Polishing

• Translation

• Clipboard Management

• Frequently Used Phrases

• Smart Typing Assistance

• Cloud Sync Features

Features may vary depending on device, region, or app version.

2. License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal use only, subject to these Terms.

You may not:

• copy, sell, or sublicense the App

• reverse engineer or modify the App

• use the App for illegal purposes

• interfere with service operation

• access systems or servers without authorization

3. User Content

You retain ownership of content you input, upload, or generate using ChatCharm Keyboard.

However, you grant us permission to:

• process text content necessary to provide services

• temporarily store data for service delivery

• use submitted content solely for AI functionality requested by you

We do not claim permanent ownership of your content.

4. AI Features and Data Processing

ChatCharm Keyboard may provide AI-powered features, including:

• AI Writing

• AI Reply

• AI Proofreading

• AI Text Polishing

• Rewriting

• Translation-related features

Some AI features are powered by third-party AI service providers.

When you actively use AI features, the minimum necessary text content you submit may be securely transmitted to applicable third-party AI service providers for processing and generation of AI responses.

Examples of text that may be processed include:

• prompts

• typed text

• selected clipboard text

• drafts

• messages

• content you choose to rewrite, proofread, or translate

You are responsible for ensuring that you have the necessary rights and permissions to submit such content.

5. AI Data Processing Consent

AI features that require third-party AI processing are available only after you provide consent through the in-app AI Data Processing Consent prompt.

By enabling AI Data Processing Consent and using AI features, you authorize ChatCharm Keyboard to securely send the minimum necessary text you actively submit for AI processing to applicable third-party AI service providers.

You may withdraw your consent at any time within the app settings.

If consent is withdrawn:

• AI features requiring third-party AI processing may be disabled

• non-AI keyboard functionality may continue to operate normally

6. Sensitive Information

You should not submit highly sensitive personal information to AI features, including but not limited to:

• passwords

• payment card information

• government identification numbers

• medical records

• confidential business information

• other highly sensitive personal data

7. AI Output Disclaimer

AI-generated content is provided for reference purposes only.

AI-generated outputs may sometimes be:

• inaccurate

• incomplete

• delayed

• inappropriate

• misleading

• contextually incorrect

You are solely responsible for reviewing and determining whether AI-generated content is appropriate for your intended use.

ChatCharm Keyboard does not provide legal, medical, financial, professional, or other regulated advice.

8. Subscriptions & Payments

Certain features may require subscriptions or paid access.

Subscription Terms:

• payment will be charged through your App Store account

• subscriptions may renew automatically unless canceled

• you may manage or cancel subscriptions in your account settings

• payments are generally non-refundable unless required by law

9. Privacy

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

The Privacy Policy explains:

• what data may be collected

• how data is collected

• how data is used

• what data may be shared with third-party AI service providers

• how users may withdraw consent

• how users may request deletion of applicable data

10. Service Changes & Termination

We reserve the right to:

• modify features

• update services

• suspend functionality

• terminate services

• restrict access for violations

without prior notice.

11. Intellectual Property

All rights related to the App, including:

• software

• UI design

• icons

• trademarks

• written materials

are owned by ChatCharm Keyboard or its licensors.

Unauthorized use is prohibited.

12. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided “as is”.

We do not guarantee:

• uninterrupted service

• complete accuracy

• error-free functionality

• suitability for all purposes

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for:

• data loss

• revenue loss

• indirect damages

• issues caused by AI-generated outputs

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time.

Continued use of the App after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
